What is the Building Guide? |

| In order to maintain architectural continuity, an aesthetically attractive appearance in a natural, park-like,
wooded setting and to increase home values,
the Pond Place
Building Guide
provides guidance and regulation to the Pond Place homeowner for any modifications to the exterior
surfaces of all structures on an Owner's Exclusive Use Area as well as regulations concerning the removal of living trees, any excavations or elevation alterations. | |||
| The Building Guide provides information on modifications to any of the items below and you will find great detail within the guide.
Applicants requesting an approval to make a modification are asked to do
so using the
Exterior Modification Application Form and following the instruction
found in the Guide.
