DRY VENT CLEANING:  This is a friendly reminder to make sure you are cleaning out your dryer vents regularly.  Failure to do so can result in a fire that originates from the vent. You may hire a company to do so, or clean it on your own following these tips:

PAINES TRASH PICK-UP SCHEDULE:  Please click here for the Q1 2023 Paines trash and recycle pick-up schedule.

POND PLACE SNOWPLOW PROCEDURE: Pond Place residents are requested to NOT park their vehicles on the cul-de-sacs or roads during the snow or ice storms as that greatly interferes with snow plowing efforts. Please garage them or park them in your driveways or your parking areas. After the storm you may move them to afford access by plows to your driveways. Thank you.

CATS: Anyone having any information as to the ownership or usual place of residence of either the Orange Tabby or Calico cats pictured below should please contact Christopher Rossetti either by phone at 860-678-0889 or by email @ pondplacepresident@gmail.com

BEARS:  Please be aware that there have been numerous bear sightings in Avon, CT. Welcome to Pond Place

Pond Place is a unique Planned Unit Development (PUD) community established under Connecticut State Law. The Community consists of 210 individually owned, free-standing homes. These homes are located in a 70-acre park-like setting that includes a lovely pond, large open areas, walking trails and a tennis court.

Lighted pedestrian access to adjacent shopping and commuter transit is provided via the walking trails.

In Pond Place, the Residents are responsible for maintaining and repairing their homes and their Exclusive Use Area. Residents elect fellow residents to serve on the Pond Place Association and Pond Place Tax District Boards. These Boards function as the administrators of Pond Place for the purposes of maintaining and repairing Common Areas and enforcing compliance with community regulations. The boards set policy and oversee the operations of the Property Manager, as well as preparing the community budget for presentation to the residents at the annual meeting. Board meetings are held monthly, and are open to any owner or resident.

You will find all the appropriate and necessary guidelines here on this website. They include the Presentation PackageBuilding Guide, Rules and Regulations and the forms needed to apply for modifications.

Please contact our property manager with any questions or if you are looking for more information.
